Awards & Scholarships
Swenam College is one of the very few private institutions that offers a range of awards and scholarships to both domestic and international students. New students applying to any program at Swenam College can apply for entrance awards, scholarships, and grants. Existing students at the college may also be eligible to apply for continuing student awards.
Award recipients are expected to serve as representatives for Swenam College and take part in outreach and alumni engagement activities. All awards will be disbursed in the form of a tuition credit. (for further information, please email us at [email protected]

Research Services Center
The Research Services Center (RSC) at Swenam College works closely with various partners in the pharmaceutical, biotech, agrochemical, and pharmacy industries. They offer these partners innovative and cost-efficient research and development services to accelerate the progress of their R&D projects.

Our professional admission team are responsible for evaluating your application and your documents, and they make sure that you meet the minimum requirements for admission at your chosen programs.
Enrolment & Advising Department
Each new student is assigned an Enrolment Officer once applied to our college. Enrolment Officers at Swenam College are responsible for providing personalized support, academic advising, and ensuring that each student has a direct contact and connection to the Organization staff.

The Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training is the government entity responsible for administering the Private Training Act and associated regulations.
Our Research Training Projects
In Vitro Bioengineering
This field is interdisciplinary and combines aspects of biology, materials science, engineering, and medicine. In vitro bioengineering has the potential to revolutionize the way we understand and treat diseases, as well as to develop new therapies and drugs. By creating functional, in vitro models of biological systems, researchers can study these systems in a controlled environment, reducing the need for animal testing and allowing for the development of more effective and personalized treatments.
Infectious Diseases
Our vision is to build a world-leading interdisciplinary center with the capacity to develop innovative solutions for intractable infectious disease problems and support evidence for infectious disease policy. Infectious diseases research is crucial in addressing the ongoing global threat posed by infectious diseases, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and the Antimicrobial Resistance (known as the Silent Pandemic). This research helps us to better understand these diseases, and to develop new strategies for preventing and treating them, ultimately leading to better health outcomes for people around the world.
Neuroscience & Brain Health
Neuroscience research aims to understand how the brain works, how neurons communicate with each other, how memories are formed, how emotions and thoughts are processed, and how various diseases and disorders affect the brain. It also has great implications for the development of new treatments for neurological and psychiatric disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, depression, schizophrenia, Parkinson’s disease, and more. Moreover, understanding the workings of the brain and its disorders is important for developing new technologies that enhance human performance and the quality of life.
Medicinal Chemistry and Drug Discovery & Development
This field plays a crucial role in the development of new drugs and treatments for various diseases, through a long and complex process that involves target identification, lead discovery, lead optimization, pre-clinical testing, clinical testing and regulatory approval. The field continues to evolve and expand, and new technologies are being developed to improve the drug discovery process and help bring new treatments to patients.
Stem Cells & Regenerative Medicine
Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine research involves studying the properties of stem cells and how they can be used to repair and regenerate damaged tissues and organs. This involves understanding the mechanisms that control stem cell differentiation, migration, and proliferation, as well as the development of new techniques for isolating and culturing stem cells for use in clinical applications.
